Historic Building: Built-in 1853 the brick and beam building was originally constructed for the Providence Forge and Nut Co. Providence Tool bought the company in 1856, and became the largest single employer in RI, making rifles for the civil war. It was the last drop-forged mill in RI when it closed in 2003. Renovations began in 2005. Features include natural light, individual HVAC units; exposed beams and brick, high ceilings, emergency lighting.
