The disposition of the property may be in one of two ways: Option 1. To sell the real estate, including the land, building, and any improvements on the land, the business DTM Lincoln, Inc. DBA Drew Menas Restaurant and Lounge including the liquor license, all furniture and fixtures, and all stock, excluding the coffee maker and dishwasher as those items are leased, for a sales price of $1,200,000.00. The name of the restaurant would have to be changed upon sale per seller since that is his legal name. Option 2. To sell the business DTM, Lincoln, Inc. including the liquor license, bar equipment, furniture and fixtures, and all stock for $550,000, excluding the coffee maker and dishwasher as those items are leased, and a triple net lease of the building and land for $4000.00 per month with a first option to buy the real estate at a future date for $675,000. The name of the business would have to be changed upon sale per seller since that is his legal name.
