Morris Park's Zoning initiative is to encourage the development an additional 7,000 units to the area. Current Zone is C4-4. MIH option 2 for residential housing. Zoning will allow for a new residential building with 119,145 Gross Buildable Area (Includes 15,000 Square Foot Parking on Level 1) and 89,900 ZFA or 99 Units. Two existing industrial buildings on the premises include an approximately 10,000 square foot mixed use building with 5,000 square feet of industrial space and 5,000 square feet of office space on the top level. Second structure is an 5,000 square foot industrial space.
