The project is comprised of a stepping 3-story building in Type-V construction with approximately 2,529 SF offices, 43 senior apartments with approximately 3,594 SF amenity space, leasing, and residential lobby. Twenty-seven open surface parking spaces, 15 carports, and 1 loading space, in a total of 43 spaces, are provided onsite. The exterior of the proposed architecture is in Spanish style, which is compatible with surrounding existing buildings.
