The subject site is on the east edge of downtown Glenpool. The site is the exact hard NE/C corner and has frontage on the northside of W. 141st and frontage on the eastside of S. Elwood and is zoned for commercial use (CG). The site is 3/4 mile east of Highway 75/Okmulgee Beeline, the route to Dallas to the south and downtown Tulsa 14-miles to the north. The site is 4.5-miles south of the Creek Turnpike, Tulsa's South Loop around the city. It is on the east edge of downtown Glenpool. Abutting property to the north will be the site of a new Glenpool Public School set for opening in 2018/2019.
