Office Amenities: • Four offices with up to ten desks (two double occupancy and two triple occupancy offices). • All offices are fully furnished (as is). • Access/use of the large conference room. • Access to high speed internet Comcast internet. • Use of commercial grade copier/scanner/printer. • Shared use of all common facilities to include the below: o Kitchen o Bathrooms o Reception area • Signage to include one exterior razor banner and one interior door decal (subject to Landlord approval). • All utilities are included at no extra cost (electric/water/sewer/heat and AC). • No additional pass through expenses (real estate taxes/building insurance included). • All cleaning and trash service included at no additional cost. • Rental rate: Four offices starting at $1,500.00 per office. • Term: Month to month with 90 days’ notice by tenant or landlord.
