The development standards for the NC and TOD-NC zoning districts are very similar. The primary difference is the TOD-NC district allows for taller buildings than the NC district, a base maximum height of 75’ vs. 65’ and a maximum height with bonus provision of Article 16.3 of 100’ vs. 80’. Beside the height, the TOD-NC district has stricter design standards in some instances. But districts allow for many of the same uses.
