Celina Entertainment District will be anchored by Off the Rails Ice House, a family friendly restaurant and beer garden. Construction commenced in May 2026 with delivery approximately February 2027. The District will have two Event Center Buildings 1 and 2 available for lease or to own continuing 18,000 SF and 20,000 SF respectively. The Event Centers will be A3 Occupancy with up to Occupancy up to approximately 250 to 300 with 89 car parking spaces. There will also be a retail / office Building containing approximately 17,500 SF for lease for spaces between 1,500 SF up to 17,500 SF.
