The Troy is a brand new build in the Southside district of Chattanooga. This beautiful building has one space on the second floor that is waiting for your office space design. The Troy has large windows that wrap the building and give wonderful views of the surrounding mountains and downtown area. Parking is located adjacent to the building in the Finley Stadium parking lot. There is a small charge for the parking. Across the street is a large, new apartment complex and TVA administrative offices are just down the street.
