Space Tech II is one of office three buildings in the Space Tech Park. It features a Geothermal Heating and Cooling system offering tenants a great way to support green energy. Conveniently located near Offutt Air Force Base, home of USSTRATCOM, this building has been home to numerous government contractors, including Northrop Grumman.
