Building C consists of ±240,000 square feet, with ±173,300 square feet available, situated on a 19.40-acre site and also under speculative construction, offering 259 parking stalls, two drive-in doors, 32 dock doors with 20 future docks, and 67 trailer storage stalls. Building D includes ±676,000 square feet on a 66-acre site, with 337 auto parking stalls, four drive-in doors, 68 dock doors, and 155 trailer storage stalls, making the overall development well suited for large-scale logistics, distribution, and industrial operations.
