Zug Island is located immediately south of the City of Detroit within the Cities of Ecorse and River Rouge. The site offers approximately +/- 244 acres of land with existing improvements. The site enjoys immediate access to the Detroit River – a highly utilized shipping corridor. The site has access to four (4) Class I railroads (Canadian National, Norfolk Southern, CSXT, and Conrail) through Transtar’s Delray Connecting Railroad Company.
