The property measures 80 acres plus or minus and is bordered on the south by the Magnolia River and on the west by Skunk Creek. Of the acreage approximately 75% is cleared uplands with the remainder wooded wetlands along the bordering waterways. The wetland section provides ample space for hiking trails and other outdoor recreation. List of accomplishments to date: 1. Developed site plan 2. Annexation by city of Foley. 3 Obtained site plan approval from City Council. 4. Obtained PUD zoning for RV Park. 5. Obtained approval of the Army Corp of Engineers and U.S. Dept. of Wildlife for the development of the project.
