Space will be cleared on short notice for tenant. May include a common area with shared access restrooms. Amount of office included is negotiable. Term would be at least a three month minimum. Space is available in whole or divisible (1400 SF - 6400 SF). There are both front and rear lift gates for loading/unloading. Lease may include either rear or front private access for loading/unloading if divided and shared.
