Several times the developer got to the point of getting council approval of the final map and subdivision improvement agreement but never finished. These are the remaining items: 1. Need to take the Final Map and Subdivision improvement Agreement to Council. We will need bonds for the public improvements per the agreement. 2. Build the public improvements. Per approved plans. 3. Apply for Building permits. 4. Build homes.
