The QSR has a drive-through lane with menu board. The interior is standard counter services and kitchen with manager's office, seating space, and two restrooms. Seating has twelve tables with typical seating for approximately six-to-eight per table, except for one table modified for handicap use. The c-store has typical display racks and cooler section with accessibility for delivery service behind the cool doors. At the rear there is a restroom and small storage space. The fueling area has a canopy with six fueling stations (three two-sided dispensaries), three-grades of gasoline and diesel are offered per the dispensary which is equipped with card reader having "touch" capability. There are assumed to be four underground storage tanks (the capacity of each is not known). There are two signs (large and electronic) for the c-store and one for the QSR.
