The public plaza will be strategically programmed with an engaging activation strategy, including fitness classes, movie nights, pop-up markets, concerts, and holiday celebrations. This diverse mix of events and daily activations will attract a broad audience, enhancing the district’s energy and appeal. Inspired by the success of mixed-use destinations like Gallagher Way at Wrigley Field in Chicago and The Wharf in Washington, D.C., the Project will create an immersive, experience-driven environment. Future phases will expand the district’s offerings with additional retail, entertainment, multifamily housing, and office space.
