Directly to the south, the 5.6± acres at 12910 Prichart Road are in the process of a rezoning and Comprehensive Plan Amendment to allow for an office park. This property should have a similar opportunity to pursue comparable entitlements. In addition, the Taylor Morrison community to the north and east may encourage the County to classify Prichart Road as a functionally classified roadway. If that occurs, it is expected that future rezoning approvals along Prichart Road will be easier to obtain.
