Jacksonville is a city located in Cherokee County, Texas, United States. The population was 14,544 at the 2010 census. It is the principal city of the Jacksonville Micropolitan Statistical Area, which includes all of Cherokee County, and part of the larger Tyler–Jacksonville combined statistical area. Jacksonville Plaza is a 16,320 SF Walmart-anchored shopping center. The shopping center is strategically located in a prime retail corridor in Jacksonville next to a high-performing Walmart Supercenter.
