131 E Main Street sits conveniently in the middle of Forest City. This building holds much historical significance as is it the largest building in downtown Forest City and one of the oldest. Originally built in 1928 this building served the community as the Romina Theater. The building remained in the family until 2018. The building boasts a street level retail space which could be used as a tap room, restaurant, or retail storefront. The upper level is raw unfinished space but could be converted into condos, an event space or even owner occupant loft living.
