Designed to house approximately 2,000 T. Rowe Price associates, the headquarters reimagines the traditional corporate office as a connected, campus-like environment. Rather than a single monolithic tower, the building is composed of two human-scaled volumes linked by a central atrium. This atrium serves as the social and organizational heart of the building, flooded with daylight, planted with native mature trees, and crossed by suspension bridges that encourage visual connection and spontaneous interaction. The architecture reinforces transparency and accessibility, strengthening relationships between colleagues while maintaining a strong visual and physical connection to the harbor and surrounding city.
