This is one of four new buildings that will be constructed around the green space. The four buildings can be between 5,000 and 8,000 square feet each, and are divisible. Looking for restaurant tenants for spaces between 1,500 square feet and 8,000 square feet. New buildings will surround green spaces and common areas. Construction to begin in early 2026, with restaurant openings planned for late 2026 or early 2027. High-traffic area with access to Spring Branch, Memorial, and the Energy Corridor, as well as the built-in traffic from the Cannon.
