The project is designed to both modernize the space and preserve its timeless elegance, creating a future-forward environment while maintaining its authentic charm. The renovations were completed in Spring 2020. The renovation includes a range of exciting updates and improvements. The entrance and lobby will both be fully renovated, creating a fresh and inviting atmosphere. An in-lobby café and coffee bar will provide a convenient and welcoming spot for tenants and visitors. Two large slab cuts will be made from the main lobby to the concourse level, one of which will feature a stairway that connects directly to the concourse’s amenity zone.
