This first building has a total of 8,000 square feet that can be divided as small as 2,000 square feet.? The building is brand new and is fully insulated with close cell spray foam.? If you need more insulation and HVAC that would be a possibility.? A second building is going up next door with up to 12,000 square feet.? Dock high doors can be done if needed.?
