Studio is located on the 4th floor. There is 24 hour access with an oversized passenger elevator. The building is handicap accessible. The building has floor to ceiling windows, 12 foot ceilings. The building offers central heat and air conditioning - nice temperature all year. Utilities NOT included. Great soft natural light all day (windows are facing north) with Manhattan skyline view. We do have regular roller shades (not blackout) - they block up to 60% of daylight. Bathroom next to the studio door. All spaces are private and secure.
