We have automatic door openers onto each floor from the elevator tower and into each bathroom, and plenty of accessible parking for clients of all needs. Rent for each unit includes utilities (gas, electric and water), building security, and a dedicated parking spot. Phone and internet hookups are available in each unit, so all you need to bring is your business. Need a space for meeting? We have a large conference room that can be used (with prior notification) for those big meeting needs. The parking lots have been repaired, repaved, resealed and relined. We have had a lot of curb and brick sidewalk repairs completed around the station and in the parking lot. Fiber has been installed and you can connect through private wi-fi connections or by a hardwire connection (additional fees do apply for fiber). Have an electric car? We have chargers (2 each of DC and Level II) so you can charge while you work and your customers could charge their car while they meet with you!
