The property is performing as designed and actively booking events, although not to planned volume. The venue is fully operational and active with a great reputation. The volume has declined because the owner operator is now a widow of retirement age and not able to maintain the volume they once did together. This facility has everything needed to entertain including indoor/outdoor facilities complete with seating for 250 in or out, tables and chairs for indoor dining, caterers kitchen and many of the tools and accents one would need for such events. Everything need to operate the facility is included. The only exceptions to the contents will be the personal property of the resident owner.
