Former pillow factory. Has three buildings. The main building was originally an apple packing house, it was added on to giving a second floor office and two loading docks. There was also an exterior space that was enclosed giving a drive in door. A second building in the back was used solely for a warehouse. The third building has a driving in door. There is a third loading dock between the third building and the enclosed area. All buildings are clear span with varying ceiling heights.
