Chic a doo Farm is a 10-house broiler operation in Washington County near Lincoln, a short drive west of Fayetteville and the Northwest Arkansas metro. The farm grows for Simmons Foods, averaging five flocks a year on a 9-pound bird program and a 7-week schedule. Houses were built in 2005 and are all 43' x 500'. The ±49.83 acre farm leaves room to expand operations or support additional agricultural uses, and includes 3,938 SF total living area: a brick home with three bedrooms and two baths, plus a mobile home.
