The Golden Hill Office Center sits perched atop a hill overlooking Golden and boasts panoramic mountain views from our suite on the 3rd floor. The office is easily accessible from a variety of locations around the Denver Metro area, and has plentiful, free parking. There are no other buildings around it and very little traffic congestion in this part of town. The building has many amenities, including a cafe, a very well-equipped gym, a conference room available at no charge for group events, and a beautiful outdoor amphitheater. The outdoor space leads to walking trails through a quiet neighborhood. The building is meticulously maintained and well decorated. The on site property management is friendly and very responsive.
