Lynngate Shopping Plaza is a 64,881 square foot neighborhood shopping center to be anchored by Aldi Food Market, with a planned early Summer 2026 grand opening with a 7,348 SF sublease opportunity. The Plaza is co-tenanted by Family Dollar, Advance Auto Parts, Taco Bell and Eastern Bank. Area retailers along Boston Street include Stop & Shop, CVS, Dollar Tree, AutoZone, O’Reilly Auto Parts and Planet Fitness. In recent years, the city of Lynn has experienced strong housing growth, such as 800 Lynnway, with more than 300 residential units, and Mosaic, a 146-unit residential building in downtown Lynn.
