The property consists of two buildings: a 37,800 sf flex/distribution building which is currently demised into six (6) separate 6,300 sf units, each unit has one (1) tailgate and one (1) drive-in, five of the six units are occupied and a 10,000 sf office which is currently occupied by the owner. Owner would remain as a tenant subject to a five year lease with renewal options and other terms and conditions to be agreed upon, or vacate the property. The Buyer shall be responsible for the real estate commission owed to their broker.
