There are two units currently available, Suite K and Suite L. Each of the units is approximately 2,250 sq. ft. and can be made continguous. The interiors have been fully reconstructed and are brand new. They each consist of a reception area, a private office and a restroom. The remainder of the unit is warehouse, which are fully air conditioned. All of the finishes are brand new, including the fixtures and bathroom. Each unit’s power supply has been upgraded considerably, and features 300 amps per unit, which can be 240V or 480V.
