One of two new buildings coming to Metro North Crossing. See attached site plan. Both buildings are 8,900 square feet and will sit right in the heart of the project behind where Olive Garden and Red Lobster are currently located. Buildings will sit on the same tier as existing buildings housing KPOT, Swig, Imo's Pizza, Pacific Dental, Tiki Taco, Academy Bank and others. Construction starting March 2027 for both buildings with shell delivery to Tenants September 2027. Spaces are divisible anywhere between 1,400 square feet to 7,500 square feet. Landlord delivering a cold shell with generous Tenant Improvement Allowance on top of that. Metro North Crossing continues to grow with an additional 284 unit apartment project starting in 2027.
