While we finishing up the roofing early this week and start working on the exterior insulation and sub-framing for the siding and install some of the windows and doors. I believe I will be going with the cool grey composite siding that's maintenance free. So, no paint or staining needed. I need to closing in the exterior to start the electrical, plumbing and the HVAC. So, we can start scheduling walk through for any future tenants.
