Property Update- Strong Leasing Activity We are seeing tremendous interest in the wellness and professional office concept at 1232 Mineral Spring Ave The basement level has been committed to a Pilates studio, and the second floor has two hairstylist suits committed , both leasing 160 sq ft. of space.
