Next Door Creative, by Pollen Architecture, is a curated creative community comprised of offices and studio work space for creative professionals & artists. Next Door is designed to incorporate desired features of repurposed industrial loft buildings: high ceilings, sturdy materials, abundant natural light. Operable windows allow connection to the outdoors. Buildings wrap the perimeter of the block, enclosing courtyard & gardens on the interior.
