Walgreen Boots Alliance is publicly traded on the NYSE under ticker “WBA,” with 2024 revenue of over $147 billion. Walgreens has agreed to be acquired by private equity firm Sycamore Partners in a deal valued at approximately $10 billion, or $11.45 per share.
