A fully built-out urgent care space, including access to a reception area, private restrooms, and a lab. The space would be available from use for 8am-5pm Mondays through Fridays and in the mornings on Saturdays and Sundays. The space is used in the evenings by the owners' Urgent Care. There would be signage available and access to all facilities in the building.
