For us, this 41-story Art Deco building is one we’ll tell our grandkids about. With a 2015 award-winning upgrade and a $25-million dollar redesign, we’ve seen this marble-clad lobby gushed over by tenants and tourists alike. From meticulous design to the devoted and upbeat staff – it’s hard to walk into this timeless Chicago building and not feel the echo of history combined with the energy of endless possibilities.
