The Charles Street Meeting House is an historic church from 1807 wonderfully re-purposed as three floors of office space above ground floor retail. The office spaces all share two large conference rooms, staffed reception area with waiting room, telephone answering, shared kitchenette, and shared baths.
An entry lobby with building index, individual tenant mailboxes, and package-sending and -receiving add value as well. The building is located in the heart of the old-Boston Charles Street shopping district and boasts Tatte Cafe and Bakery with indoor-outdoor seating on the ground floor, as well as close proximity to the Common Garage for parking, and parks including the Boston Public Garden and Common, the Esplanade and Charles River. Public transportation within walking distance includes all four T subway lines (at Charles/MGH, Park, Arlington and Bowdoin stations), and all three commuter rail and Amtrak trains stations (Back Bay, North Station, and South Station).
