1200 Locust is a five story, 350,000 square foot Class A professional office building with 9,000 square feet of commercial/restaurant space on first floor. 1200 Locust has a public skywalk connection and is adjacent to a six story parking garage and neighbors Pappajohn Sculpture Park and a multitude of restaurant and entertainment amenities. The design mimics adjacent buildings but includes unique architecture to offset it from the remainder of the office buildings in the area.
