Built in 2018, Mahonia is one of the greenest buildings in Eugene with a restaurant and bakery on ground floor and office space above. It features salvage materials, solar PV, operable windows and lots of natural light. Building is fully ADA compliant, has onsite parking, common restroom room with shower, common break room and large community room that is available to rent as needed. Building is connected to fiber and tenants electric bill is reduced by their prorated share of PV solar power.
