The draft plan contemplated through the planning process proposes 866 ground oriented single detached and townhouse units to be phased over time. The inclusion of these lands into the settlement boundary is supported by municipal and regional authorities, which aligns with Ontario’s growth strategy. Municipal water and
sewer systems surrounding the Site are available for the proposed plans. The Site is being packaged with an additional+/-
1,510 acres of contiguous land offering connectivity to existing and future trail systems which connect to the shores of Lake Simcoe. Together, both the development community and rural landscape come together to form a masterplanned community steps away from Lake Simcoe and access to natural features, landscapes, parks and greenspace. This future community will provide residents with convenient access to outdoor recreation which promote a healthy and active lifestyle.
