1184 River Ave is currently under development. The building will be delivered in late 2020 with mid 2021 occupancy estimated. The building will have drive-in access off River Avenue. 1184 River Ave will have 250 units and sit 17 stories tall. The sizable structure will create 250 bicycle and 200 vehicle parking spaces. Some of the features include two laundry rooms, a lobby, recreational space, and a dedicated meeting room.
