The Mill Development is a redevelopment of a former carpet mill in the heart of Kensington. The project has been split into two phases. Phase One, which is reaching completion by the end of the Summer of 2023, is getting new life as a mixed-use development with 48 units of subsidized affordable housing with 10,000 square feet of commercial space that Impact Services Organization will occupy by the end of the year 2023.
Pre-leasing and Construction for Phase Two has begun, which encompasses 60,000 square feet of commercial space. We are offering competitive Tenant Improvement Packages and/or Build to Suit Options for the project as it will be financed through the New Market Tax Credit program. The Shell delivery and systems for Phase Two were built out as part of Phase One of the project.
