A recent survey showed that Cabin #2 is on their property, although county records have shown it was part of the subject property since construction and it has been used by the current owner's family for the last 60 years. The seller has not approached Lockheed Martin to correct the lot lines/legal description but has been told that this is not uncommon for properties that were originally surveyed over 150 years ago and that Lockheed Martin is agreeable to correct situations such as this. Nevertheless, the seller is looking for a quick sale and has priced the property below market, as-is.
