There are 3 pods available. Each pod is 1500 sq ft for $1500 a month. The lease is 5 year lease, but can be negotiated depending on the business. Pod will be finished out as a shell by Cherry Construction/owner included in the $1500 monthly fee. This includes one bathroom of standard size. Any customized plans may be added and will build to suit , but the added lease expense will then be negotiated upon contract. Builders will set appointments to meet and answer questions on custom build outs.
