Each space will contain window frontage on Ohio Ave in the Court Square District. The Court Square District (CSD) is intended to designate the area surrounding the historic Court Square in order to maintain and promote the existing historic mixed-use urban development patterns of downtown Sidney. The desired development pattern in the CSD follows the historic development pattern of downtown Sidney.
