Parcels are located in a General Residence A Zone. The Request for Proposal (“RFP”) packet is available beginning 7/29/2026 at Attleboro City Hall, Purchasing Dept, 77 Park St, Attleboro, MA 02703.The RFP is also available for download from the City’s website @ http://www.cityofattleboro.us/Bids.aspx. Technical Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope to Purchasing at the address above no later than 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, October 15, 2026.The Proposer must submit seven (7) Technical Proposals: one (1) original, five (5) copies and one (1) thumb-drive (PDF) and one (1) original Price Proposal on the Price Proposal Form.Technical Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope and marked on the outside of the envelope “Finberg School RFP”.
