Built in 1926, this historic building was one of Jacksonville's premier skyscrapers and has recently undergone a major renovation to restore it to its former glory. It is located on the corner of W Adams and N Laura in the heart of Downtown Jacksonville. The $50 million dollar renovation began in 2016 and is part of the most transformative development in downtown Jacksonville. The building features both commercial and residential spaces and has created economic growth for the urban core of Jacksonville.
